Privacy Policy

Cookies and Turning Them Off

The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to analyse traffic. These small files improve your experience by keeping you logged in and showing relevant content. If you disable cookies in your browser, the platform will still work, but some features may not function as smoothly. You may need to log in again more often, and personalised settings may be lost.

What We Collect and When

When you use the contact form on this site, you submit your name, email address, and the message you write. We receive that information only at the moment you send it. Our web server also automatically records your IP address, the browser you are using, and the pages you view. This happens every time you visit the platform, without any action on your part.

How Long We Keep Records

Contact form messages are stored only as long as needed to handle your request. Once the matter is resolved, the data is deleted promptly. Server logs are kept for a limited period, typically a few months, then erased. We do not retain any personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Why We Hold This Information

Contact form submissions are kept so that we can reply to your enquiry. Without that data, we would not be able to answer your questions or address any issues you raise. Server logs help us understand how the site is used, detect technical problems, and protect against misuse. They are essential for keeping the platform running smoothly and securely.

Your Rights to Access and Deletion

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data the site holds about you. Simply use the contact page to make your request, and we will respond in accordance with Malaysian law. You may also ask us to delete your data at any time. Send your request through the contact form, and we will remove the information we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep.

Who Data Is Shared With

We share information with analytics and hosting providers who act only on our instructions. They help us monitor site performance and store data securely. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer it for marketing or any other purpose outside the operation of this platform.
